Seat: Tony Karts come with OTK factory fiberglass racing seats to fit kids through adults weighing up to 180lbs. For larger people, we do have Racing seats fitting drivers up to 240lbs (available at additional cost).
Axle Size: OTK 50mm racing axle comes standard.
Brakes: OTK Factory newest new BWZ braking system, reserved for Gearbox racing. The design focused on the use of the highest quality materials, aimed at ensuring an extremely high degree of component efficiency. The unprecedented concept behind the project has resulted in a braking system able of highly improving heat dissipation, consequently reducing the temperature at the brake oil charge, ensuring drivers fully efficient braking consistent over time and in all track conditions. BWZ braking system, specifically for the Shifter categories. Once again, the solutions adopted give unique heat dissipation effects concerning pump and calipers, resulting in reduced brake oil temperatures. In addition to these innovations, there is also the new brake master cylinder, which has been improved and made more efficient. Also note the completely new front calipers, forged and machined components, with a new design of fins and thickness, with the aim of further increasing heat dissipation capacity and structural rigidity. The BWZ is available with a dual rear disc option: 180 mm or 206 mm diameter.
Wheels: Tony's come with OTK MXJ Magnesium Wheels.
Bodywork: OTK karts come with the updated aerodynamic OTK Kart Group's R&D department developed the new M11 fairing kit, which complies with the current FIA regulations. Data obtained by OTK Kart Group's R&D department through CFD computerized simulations and wind tunnel testing, combined with data gathered through on-track testing by the Tony Kart Racing Team, led to the birth of a new front spoiler and a new fairing with unique designs that guarantees a substantial reduction in aerodynamic drag, resulting in better performances on-track.
Special Features: New for 2026: The new “T” version introduces several innovations, among are the new braking systems, BWZ for the shifter classes, as well as the new M11 fairings. The Racer 401 T also features a new chain tensioner, made of aluminum, attached to the bearing support. Tony Kart designed new graphics for the fairing. The evolution of the Racer 401 T also passes through several confirmations, such as the multi-adjustable pedals and the inclined steering wheel hub from the OTK Kart Parts line, which guarantee a nearly tailor-made driving position. Completing the package of parts kept unchanged from the past is the HGS steering wheel, whose high rubber handgrip significantly reduces driver effort while driving.
